Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment only.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or switch as payment for your order, once processed you will receive an email confirmation detailing the goods you have ordered and confirming availability. In the unlikely event that any of the items are not available at the time of ordering we shall contact you by telephone or email to offer a Back order facility. At this point you may cancel the order and a refund will be credited to your method of payment or you may opt to continue with the order where we will further advise when goods are to be shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Delivery charges are made based on weight and quantity. These will be shown in the shopping cart and checkout pages. For security and in order that we can trace your order in the event of non delivery, the minimum cover we shall use for any product sent is Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

Average delivery time is currently 2-3 working days.

Our Free Delivery Policy on orders over £75 applies to orders to mainland u.k addresses. With this offer, we reserve the right to send your parcel by the most secure and cost effective means as deemed suitable by ourselves.

The offer does not apply to urgent or next day deliveries which will attract additional charges, please call for details.

Same Day/Next Day deliveries

This option is generally only available on items held in stock.
As a guide, the average price for a same day delivery will cost in the region of £50.00 plus vat.
Next day charges can be anywhere between £10 and £20 depending on weight, value, quantity and location.
We will always contact you prior to any additional charges being incurred.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. These are sent through a secure payment gateway linked directly to a recognised high street bank. At no stage do we have access to your physical credit card details They are only decrypted when they reach our payment service provider. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns will only be accepted as a result of a defective product. In this instance a credit will be raised for your return carriage costs in addition to the original product value if required.

Orders that are no longer required or are ordered by a customer in error will be charged a re-stocking fee and carriage will remain payable on these returns. This charge may vary between 20 and 30 percent of the list price (not including discounts) dependant on whether the goods are held in stock or ordered specially from our suppliers.

Please note, the re-stocking charge is made based on covering the costs incurred for returning the goods to our supplier and the fees charged by credit card companies for refunding.
